Coinvert does not make use of a password system, but rather a verification system (Magic Link) which is sent to your email address after you've logged out of the Coinvert app, and try to log back in.
When you login you enter your email address associated with your Coinvert account, after that we'll send you an email with a Magic Link which will open the app for you and allow you to login.
If you've lost access to the email address associated to your Coinvert account, you will not be able to log back into your account. We recommend you submit a support ticket, so our support team can look into it and try help to restore your account.
If your Coinvert account was disabled, you'll see a message telling you when you try to log in. Accounts that don't follow our terms may be disabled without warning. We suggest that you review our terms carefully along with the message you've received from us.
If you think your account was wrongfully disabled, the Coinvert team will investigate the matter and depending on the outcome of the investigation your account may or may not be reactivated. Should your account remain disabled, you'll be notified via email by the Coinvert team with a reason why we believe your account should remain disabled.
