To update your account follow the steps below:
- Tap on the account tab
- Tap on any of the following settings to change your account
- Profile picture to change your profile picture
- Name to change your name
- Birthdate to change your birthdate
- Nationality to change your nationality
- Address to change your address
- Phone to change your phone number
- Passcode to change your passcode
- Face ID or Touch ID when on an Apple device
Note that you cannot change your bank account details once verified. To request bank account changes please submit a support ticket.
Note that you cannot re-submit your identity verification documents unless requested to do so by the Coinvert Compliance team.
