To resolve this, follow the steps below:
- There are several methods which can be used to sign in: Login or Create Account, Continue with Facebook, Continue with Google or if you're on an Apple device Continue with Apple.
- One of the most common issues is that you're using the wrong login method
- Each account is connected a unique email address. Ensure you use this email when signing into your account.
- If you've chosen Continue with Apple it may be the case that Apple generates a unique email address for you when registering. Therefore you can only login using your Apple ID.
